I work with people whose relationships and sense of self have shifted after loss.

From the outside, life can look functional. Inside, things often feel unfamiliar. Conversations can feel harder. Trust can feel shakier. The way you relate to yourself and to others no longer feels the same.

My work focuses on relational grief. These are the quieter, ongoing ways loss changes how we connect with ourselves and with other people. This work is not about fixing or moving on. It is about making sense of what has changed and finding steadier footing in your life and relationships.

My Approach

My approach is grief informed and relationship centered. I do not work from timelines, stages, or expectations about how grief should look.

Our work together is:

  • paced and collaborative

  • grounded in curiosity rather than urgency

  • focused on relationships, communication, and self trust

  • respectful of where you are, without pushing for resolution

I aim to create a steady, supportive space where reflection and reconnection can happen naturally, without pressure.
